SUBMITTED PHOTO - Kelli RaglioneKelli Dianne Baker Raglione was the brightest of bright lights who showered everyone she knew with positivity, passion, and fun. Her 4 year battle with Melanoma ended on October 30, 2022 at the age of 59, but not before she did everything humanly possible to beat it; she was a fighter until the very end.

Kelli was born on November 18, 1962 in Portland, Oregon to Art and Carol Baker. She joined her big sister Roxanne and brother Jim and over the years had many great family memories camping at Lake Billy Chinook, adventures at the Oregon coast and boating on Oswego Lake. This all lead to Kelli's love of the outdoors and all animals big and small. While most kids had kittens, puppies or hamsters, Kelli had a Woolly Monkey named Pepe and one of her all-time favorite activities was swimming with the salamanders in her secret spot in the woods.

Kelli graduated from Lake Oswego High School in 1981 and was very proud to be a team captain of the First Mates dance team who won the state championship her senior year. Dancing was her passion, she could dance like a Broadway star to any type of music...jazz, tap, country, hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, etc. One of her many dreams was to perform and/or coach anything related to dancing and she made her dream come true many times (we have the videos!). Kelli also loved to karaoke, if there was a microphone and a stage nearby, she was going to give us a show! She was fortunate to have spent the past 14 years with her partner Kevin Swayze. They went on many great adventures together; camping, fishing, 4 wheeling and visits to many national parks.

Kelli shared 2 wonderful children, Sophia and Hunter with her ex-husband Steve Raglione. Sophia and Hunter were Kelli's greatest source of pride and joy, she adored everything about them; their kindness, quick wit, smarts, athleticism, creativity and perseverance. She got to see them both graduate from college and begin pursuing their own dreams. She inspired them to not wait for the perfect time to chase their dreams, but to go for it now. She always said, "When life gets hard, focus on the little wins and put one foot in front of the other; No Try...Do"

To our fiery, spunky, spontaneous, passionate, loving, giving and loyal angel...we will never forget you.
