Cole Madey, Brian Humphreys and Will Snow will represent the Oregon Golf Association at the Morse Cup team competition. The tournament takes place July 18-21 during the 51st Pacific Coast Amateur Championship at Chambers Bay Golf Course in University Place, Washington.
Madey, from West Linn, is a junior at UCLA who in June won the Oregon Amateur Championship at The Oregon Golf Club and has qualified for the U.S. Amateur Championship.
Humphreys, from Washougal, Washington, had a big freshman year at Boise State, winning the Mountain West Conference tournament. He lost to Madey in the Oregon Amateur championship match in June.
Snow, a former golfer for Concordia University, is from Vancouver, Washington and has been among the top finishers in recent OGA tournaments.
The Morse Cup team competition will count the best two golfers' scores over the first 36 holes of the 72-hole Pacific Coast Amateur.
Two former OGA team members will play for the Pacific Northwest Golf Association team in the Morse Cup, Sulman Raza from Eugene and Dylan Wu from Medford.
