Seahawks-49ers: Battle of tough defenses

by: COURTESY OF MICHAEL WORKMAN - Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll surveys the scoreboard, and perhaps the sky, during a wet NFC playoff game Sunday at home against New Orleans.Like defense?

Sunday's NFC title game is for you.

When the Seattle Seahawks play host to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, with a Super Bowl trip on the line, two of the game's best and most mobile quarterbacks will be in featured roles, as Seattle's Russell Wilson goes against San Fran's Colin Kaepernick.

But even more so, it'll be Wilson against the stingy 49ers defense of coach Jim Harbaugh, and Kaepernick against coach Pete Carroll's hard-hitting, opportunistic Seahawks defenders.

Kickoff is 3:30 p.m. at CenturyLink Field.
