Engagement announcement

by: SUBMITTED PHOTO - Schaub and Bourcier plan for a July 2013 wedding at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. Jamie Ann Schaub and Michael Patrick Bourcier are engaged to be married. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary Schaub of Lake Oswego and the late Robin Schaub-Newell.

The groom-to-be is the son of Patrick and Laurie Bourcier of Vancouver. A July, 2013 wedding is planned at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm.

The couple will reside in Vancouver, Washington. Schaub graduated from Lake Oswego High School in 1992 and from Portland State University in 1997. She is the communications coordinator for Oregon Health & Science University facilities and logistics and is furthering her career in visual art and communications.Bourcier graduated from Skyview High School in 2001. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a telecommunications and computer maintenance specialist and earned the rank of Senior Airman. He is currently attending Washington State University for his degree in management information systems. He is an IT specialist in the office of information and technology for Portland’s Veterans Affairs Hospital in Vancouver.
